I ordered a Jewel Loom, beads and supplies…. Due to a winter storm and the U.S mail it took much longer than normal to receive my order. Julianna, was so kind and helped me navigate thru the delay and tracking. I am so impressed with her personal touch and care. I can’t say enough good things about her and her products. Will absolutely continue to purchase supplies from her. In a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past. She personally has renewed my hope. Plus looming is as fun as it looks.
