    We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below.


    1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
    • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or gift receipt) is required.


    2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective):

    • Gift cards.
    • Final sale or clearance items.
    • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
    • Downloadable Patterns, Books or Videos 


    3. PROCESS

    1. Contact us at hello@jewelloom.com before sending anything back.
    2. We will provide instructions for return shipping.
    3. Once received and inspected, we will issue:
      • A replacement (exchange), OR
      • A refund to your original payment method, OR


    4. SHIPPING COSTS

    • Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
    • Lost or damaged packages: We recommend using a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for lost inbound packages.


    5. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

    If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


    6. REFUND TIMELINE

    Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to appear.


    7. LEGAL RIGHTS

    This policy does not limit any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., California Consumer Rights, Canadian consumer protection, EU rights).
